No Refund Policy
Once the kundali/report is generated, no refund will be provided as the service is instantly delivered and API cost is already incurred.
Refund Conditions
Refund will be provided only in the following cases:
- Payment is successful but result is not generated
- Technical/server failure
- Duplicate payment
Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
